While a seasoned and experienced performer, as far as I am aware, Floor had about 48 hours to learn this set, so you could consider this set as one of the finest auditions ever recorded. I was aware of Floor Jansen from her work with Star One/Ayreon and knew that she was an incredible singer, but Nemo was the only Nightwish song I had ever heard (with the sublime Tarja as vocalist back then). If you are a Nightwish fan, you may have many great live performances to choose from, but if you are relative newb as I was, you could not do much better than using Showtime, Storytime as your gateway drug to discovering the insane talents of Nightwish in *all* their incarnations.
There are live performances and there are great live performances and then there is Wacken 2013 Open Air.
